The Student Council

WHO ARE WE?

The Student Council TUM SOM represents all students currently enrolled at the TUM School of Management in matters involving the university.
The student council is team of voluntary TUM SOM students committed to ensuring the best interest of their fellow students regarding their university experience.

  • Enforcing students‘ interests against the faculty and TUM
  • Enhancing student lifestyle with parties, career events and more
  • Offering consulting & information regarding your studies and university life
  • Creating career and network opportunities

OUR STRUCTURE

The Student Council is divided into several departements, each of which has its own tasks. Together, all the departements work towards making your study experience great!

  • Eventmanagement

    Whether Party or the Cocktail Booth and Mulled Wine Booth – you socialize, we organize!

  • University Policy

    We represent your interests in various councils in front of the faculty, professors, and the entire university.

  • Student Experience

    Whether you’re in your Bachelor’s or Master’s, we are always available to answer your questions. Additionally we organize for you the Freshmen Orientation Phase and many information sessions throughout the semester.

  • Internal Affairs

    We are in charge of maintaining all internal affairs, including team events, staff retreats and interactions with the TUM student council (SV).

  • You can come to our general Student Council meetings which take place bi-weekly on Tuesdays at 7pm and are announced in our calendar.
