Welcome weekend for our freshmen

Bachelor Freshmen listen up!

We, your Student Council TUM School of Management, are organizing our legendary freshmen weekend at the beginning of the semester. Meet your fellow students on a weekend full of fun and networking.

  • When does it take place?

    From 25.10.2019 (afternoon) to 27.10.2019 (noon)

  • Where?

    In the Aktivhotel Aschau (Chiemgau)

  • Who?

    You and your future fellow students, mentors, student representatives and friends!

  • What’s the plan?

    Highlights include our evening program with games, a big party and a hike to enjoy the beautiful scenery (bring good boots).

  • Costs and Registration?

    For 100, – EUR per participant you receive the entire program plus all-inclusive care consisting of two nights in an active hotel with half board and a packed lunch for the second day. For your room card we need an additional 20, – EUR deposit. You will receive this back after the weekend.

  • How do you get a ticket?

    The tickets are sold exclusively through our website. Here you can pay with all common means of payment.

  • What else?

    There will be an info event where, among other things, we will form carpools as far as possible. For that we will need your help! The remaining persons will arrive by train.

  • Attention!

    You have to be fast! There are only 135 tickets available. You can buy the tickets here on the website on October 9th.

Conditions

  • For reasons of liability and youth protection, we can only take you with us if you are of legal age (18) by 25.10.2019. Unfortunately, we can not accept permission letters from your parents.
  • You must be a Bachelor student at the TUM School of Mangement.
  • The tickets are not transferable. Please let us know immediately if you suddenly can not take part so that we can take this into account. Your expenses will only be refunded if we or you find a replacement. This article (freshmen weekend ticket) is excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with § 312g (2) no. 9 BGB.

If you have special food wishes (allergies, intolerances or vegetarians), fill in the corresponding fields in the ticket.
