And do it all from the comfort of your own home; a digital space will be provided with the workshop and deliver expert knowledge to you, while the students can exchange ideas with us. Their experts help companies to translate strategies and business models into operational reality and to achieve effective competitive advantages through transactions.
Mergers and acquisitions, or M&A for short, involves the process of combining two companies into one. The goal of combining two or more businesses is to try and achieve synergy – where the whole (new company) is greater than the sum of its parts (the former two separate entities). Post-Merger Integration (PMI) is a complex process which essentially involves bringing together the two entities and all its assets, human resources, capitals etc.
Does this entice you? Are you a Bachelor’s or Master’s student at the TUM School of Management and interested in technology, IT and corporate transactions? Then this workshop is suitable just for you. With no prior knowledge or experience required, save the date and join in. Who knows, maybe this workshop is the key to unlock your true potentials.
