TUM SOM Alumni Career Meetup

Yesterday, the Student Council TUM School of Management organised an interesting Career Alumni Meetup at the Technical University of Munich. We were happy to have Hanna Scholta, PhD Candidate at TUM, and Lucas Herz (Schwarz) from Siemens share their insights.

Their talk was not only engaging, but also highly relevant, as they thoroughly addressed the students’ questions and fostered a valuable exchange of ideas. It was truly inspiring to see how different career paths can be and still lead to success. Hanna and Lucas highlighted the immense benefits of volunteering and the essential skills that can be developed through such experiences.

The discussion also shed light on the unique expectations and demands of Generation Z in the workplace, giving everyone a lot to think about.
