+Where can I get my Student Card and how do I validate it?
Pick up your Student Card in the Enrollment Hall on the main campus — you will get a detailed email. After every semester, validate it at the automated stations in the Enrollment Hall or on the Garching campus. The card is your library card, Mensa payment, ZHS sports ID and base ticket for your Semester Ticket.
+Which campuses does TUM operate?
Most important: Downtown Campus (School of Management), Campus Garching (natural sciences and engineering), Campus Straubing (renewable resources) and Campus Heilbronn (management & digital technologies).
+What is the 3-out-of-4 exam rule (Bachelor)?
In your first two semesters you must pass at least 3 of these 4 core exams by the end of the 2nd semester — otherwise you'll be ex-matriculated: Mathematics 1, Management Science, Economics (VWL) and Statistics.
+How do I request a copy of a written exam?
Send your inquiry to pruefungsausschuss@wi.tum.de — the examinations board takes it from there.
