Student Council of tomorrow
We're dedicated to fostering student support, advancing career development and facilitating personal and professional growth. Join us to expand your horizons — both personally and academically.
Who are we?
We are a dedicated team of TUM SOM student volunteers committed to the best interests of our fellow students. Our mission is to enhance the university experience, provide career advice and offer valuable student counselling services.
We represent about 6,000 students at the TUM School of Management, including both Bachelor and Master programmes.
How to join the Student Council

Trainee period
Spend ~4 months as a Trainee — immerse yourself in the work of the Council and the departments you are most interested in.

Get hands-on
Attend at least 4 general Council meetings and 4 department meetings. We recommend exploring at least two meetings within the same department.

Active member
Once you finish your training, you officially join the Council as an Active Member — and receive a certificate of recognition for your volunteer work.
