Working Student (m/f/d) Community Manager

PEPPER is revolutionizing fitness with wireless EMS suits and an app that makes professional training accessible at home. Our community is the heart of the brand. People train together, motivate each other and share their progress. As a Working Student in Community Management, you'll grow this community in our app, on Instagram, on TikTok and beyond, and help shape our loyalty program.

YOUR TASKS

• Challenges: You develop and run fitness challenges for our community, both in the PEPPER app and on Instagram and TikTok.
• Loyalty program: You help build and develop our loyalty program, from rewards and incentives to ideas that keep our community engaged long-term.
• Community care: You reply to comments and DMs and are the first point of contact for our users.
• Engagement: You create formats that get people involved, such as polls, Q&As, user features and giveaways.
• Lives & events: You help plan live workouts, Q&As and community events.
• UGC: You collect success stories and content from our community and prepare them for our channels.
• Analysis: You track participation, engagement and retention and continuously improve our formats.

WHO YOU ARE

• Studies: You're enrolled at a university, ideally in business, marketing, sports, communications or similar.
• Communicative: You love connecting with people and always strike the right tone.
• Fitness enthusiast: You enjoy working out and know what keeps people motivated.
• Creative: You never run out of ideas for challenges, rewards and community activations.
• Languages: You're fluent in English, and German is a plus.
• Experience: Ideally, you have first experience in community management, social media, loyalty/CRM or running your own channel.
