Associate StrategyBeta

As an Associate Strategy (m/f/d), you will work with well-known upper mid-market clients and international private equity funds on complex strategic challenges. You will actively shape industrial transformation through projects involving internationalisation, strategic repositioning and commercial due diligence. As part of a small project team, you will take responsibility for your own workstreams from the outset, analyse complex issues and present your findings to both the project team and clients. You will also support business development activities, including the preparation of studies and client pitches. The ideal candidate has successfully completed a Master’s degree in economics, natural sciences, technology or a related field and has already gained relevant experience in strategy or management consulting. You bring strong analytical and conceptual skills, a high degree of personal responsibility and drive, excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills, and confident communication skills in both German and English.
