Associate M&ABeta

As an Associate M&A (m/f/d), you will take responsibility for individual phases of M&A processes from the outset. Your responsibilities include preparing investment teasers and information memoranda, developing individual and actionable M&A strategies for investors and companies, modelling business plans, conducting company valuations, integrating financial models, and preparing decision-making documents for internal and client presentations. You will also support business development activities by contributing to studies and preparing pitches. You have successfully completed a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable field and have already gained relevant experience in Corporate Finance, at an M&A boutique, or in Investment Banking. You possess strong analytical and conceptual skills, communicate confidently in both German and English, and have excellent MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel. A high degree of personal responsibility, drive, and enthusiasm for working in small teams complete your profile.
