ProxDeal is the most precise deal origination tool for DACH. As of mid-2026, we own the deepest DACH private market dataset in the world – scraped in-house from scratch using thousands of agents. We are looking for project students capable of shipping production systems at the intersection of M&A, Data, and AI Engineering.
| What you'll build
● The agentic infrastructure that lets AI reason over real private market data: MCP services, distributed pipelines, LLM-powered company intelligence
● Deal fl ow out of unstructured noise: 10M+ documents, M&A signals, fi nancial data, transaction news, registry fi lings, cleaned & classifi ed
● The full stack if you have the range, from data pipelines to the Next.js interfaces PE professionals use to make investment decisions
| Who you are
● TUM BWL with CS focus and proven coding experience
● You've built things outside of coursework, probably several
● You ship proactively, don't wait to be told and communicate clearly
● Your shipping speed has 4x'ed since you became an AI-enabled coder
● You think about how users actually behave, not how they're supposed to
