About the role

We are looking for highly motivated and ambitious students who are interested in gaining practical experience in econometrics and machine learning. Different empirical projects are available, for example, in competition or public economics. We need you to support us in a series of tasks from data preparation up to the implementation of state-of-the-art computational algorithms and machine learning models. Your Profile • Passion for academic work with a keen interest in diving deep into a topic while working in a detailed manner • Ability to work independently (as part of a team) with a reliable and responsible attitude • Specialization in informatics or computer engineering is preferred (given that you are a management student) • Advanced programming skills in R and/or Python Our offer • Exciting insights into ongoing research projects • A supportive and collaborative working environment • Regular meetings and feedback sessions • Flexible working hours and possibility to work in our Munich office or remote (depending on the project) We are looking for • 2-5 students for a project study and/or at least one student for an IDP • Part time project study for six months or full time in three months • Starting as soon as possible
