About the role
We're in the middle of merging two companies into one group. That creates work which is important, unglamorous and time-boxed: decisions that need documenting, workstreams that need tracking, follow-ups nobody has time to chase. This role holds that together and turns founder conversations into things other people can act on. You report to our COO and work directly with the founding team.
What you'll own:
· The integration tracking layer. Every workstream has an owner, a next step and a date, and you're the person who knows all three at any moment.
· First drafts of decision-ready documents for leadership: briefings, short business cases, analyses. You write the draft, you don't take the minutes.
· Follow-ups across both entities until they're actually closed, including the ones people are avoiding.
· Research that answers one specific question we asked, delivered in one page instead of twenty slides.
· Two or three self-contained special topics, each owned through to a finished result.
