About the role
As a student assistant, you will:
- Develop data-driven dashboards, tools, and prototypes using e.g. Python, Streamlit, Dash, or Plotly.
- Analyze mobility and transport datasets to generate actionable insights.
- Support data platform, web-tool or digital twin development.
- Visualize results for reports, workshops, and presentations.
- Work closely with consultants to translate research findings into real-world applications.
- (Optional) Contribute to project management or proposal preparation.
Requirements
- Enrolled student (from the 4th semester onwards).
- Strong interest in mobility, digitalization, and data-driven innovation.
- Experience in software development and/or data analytics.
- Familiarity with tools such as JupyterLab, Git/GitHub, Pandas, NumPy, Plotly, Dash, Streamlit, Tableau,
Power BI, or QGIS.
- Interest in machine learning, simulation, or data visualization.
- (Optional) Knowledge in API development, Docker, or cloud environments.
- Fluent in German and English, structured, and communicative.
