About the role

PEPPER is revolutionizing fitness with wireless EMS suits and an app that makes professional training accessible at home. Alongside our D2C business, we're now building our B2B business with gyms, physiotherapy practices, companies and partners. This is a true greenfield: there's no rigid playbook yet, so you'll help build this area from the ground up and have a real impact on how it grows.

YOUR TASKS

  • Build from scratch: You help set up our B2B sales, from defining target groups to building the first pipeline and processes.
  • Lead generation: You research and qualify potential B2B customers and partners.
  • Outreach: You contact leads via email, phone and LinkedIn and book meetings.
  • CRM: You help set up and maintain our pipeline and keep the data clean and the follow-ups on track.
  • Sales materials: You create presentations, offers and pitch decks.
  • Test & learn: You try out new approaches, measure what works and help turn it into a scalable sales process.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Studies: You're enrolled at a university, ideally in business, economics or similar.
  • Entrepreneurial: You love building things from scratch and aren't afraid of the unknown.
  • Strong communicator: You approach people openly and are convincing in conversations.
  • Organized: You keep track of many leads at once and follow through.
  • Results-driven: You're motivated by targets and celebrate every closed deal.
  • Languages: You're fluent in English, and German is a plus.
  • Experience: Ideally, you have first experience in sales, customer service or business development.

WHY PEPPER?

  • Team: From day one, you're a full member of the team and take ownership of your projects.
  • Spirit: You have room for initiative and independent work.
  • Learning: We don't expect you to be an expert in everything. We take you along to workshops and teach you everything you need.
  • Flexibility: We're remote first but still value regular in-person time at our office in Glockenbach, Munich. Your working hours adapt flexibly to your studies.
  • Start-up feeling: You get a dynamic, open work environment with flat hierarchies, access to a large network of experts and coaches, and regular team events and dinners.
