We manage over €30M in ad budget for more than 80 brands on channels like Amazon, Zalando, Otto, AboutYou, Google and Meta. Your tasks: - You support our Account Managers in day-to-day work across Amazon Ads, Zalando, Otto and other marketplaces - You work with Nakoa Brain every day: pulling AI-powered analyses, preparing data and helping to implement concrete actions - You maintain campaign setups, reportings and content building blocks, learning marketplace mechanics from the ground up - You research competitors, keywords and marketplace trends - You feed structured feedback back into the Brain system and actively help shape new ways of working Your profile: - Ongoing studies, ideally related to marketing, business, media or a comparable field - First experience with e-commerce, marketplaces or performance marketing is a plus, but not a must - An affinity for numbers and a willingness to dig into KPIs like ROAS, Net Sales or TACoS - An affinity for AI tools and curiosity to help shape new ways of working - A structured, reliable way of working and enjoyment of teamwork - Very good German and good English skills What we offer: - Work in a young, international team of experts in a relaxed atmosphere with plenty of freedom - Flexible working hours that adapt to your studies, with a home-office share - Real responsibility and insight into a fast-growing, AI-native agency - Hands-on learning on real client accounts and on Nakoa Brain - A subsidy for the Deutschlandticket - A nice office in the heart of Munich Haidhausen with great transport links - The prospect of a permanent position after your studies
