About the role
We are looking for a motivated Visiting Analyst to join our Investment Banking team for 9–12 months. This position is particularly suited for students taking a gap year between their Bachelor's and Master's degrees.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the execution of M&A transactions and ongoing client projects
- Prepare pitch books, client presentations, and transaction materials
- Assist with financial modeling, company valuations, and financial analyses
- Conduct market and company research, focusing on Software and Media & Consumer Goods
- Work closely with our team and take ownership of individual workstreams
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Strong academic track record and analytical skills
- Ideally, initial experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or financial modeling
- Proactive, hands-on mindset with strong communication and teamwork skills
- Fluency in German and English
