About our Portfolio Companies
We invest in ambitious early-stage companies across Europe building in areas such as software, AI, fintech, deep tech, climate, health, marketplaces, and digital infrastructure.

Profiles We’re Looking For
While remaining open to other exceptional profiles, we’re especially interested in candidates with experience in the following areas:
Leadership roles
C-level and senior leadership positions across commercial, operational, and functional teams
GTM roles
Sales, revenue, growth, business development, partnerships, customer success, and marketing
Chief of Staff / Founder’s Associate roles
High-trust, high-ownership roles working closely with founders and leadership teams on strategic and operational priorities
Your Qualifications
- Strong track record in startups, scale-ups, high-growth tech companies, or similarly fast-paced environments
- Clear ownership mindset and ability to operate in fast-changing settings
- Commercial, strategic, or operational depth depending on role
- Interest in joining an early-stage company
- Willingness to work closely with founders and help build from the ground up
