Project Study: E.G.O.Beta

E.G.O. is an internationally oriented high-tech company developing innovative technologies and components for household appliances, thereby actively shaping the kitchen living space. The aim of the project study is to develop the content of a project management handbook for E.G.O. The content is to be aligned with the most important stakeholders, the chapter structure is to be defined at heading level, and relevant topics are to be prioritized. In addition, selected content areas are to be drafted in more detail. The goal is not to create a fully final handbook, but to establish a structured and coordinated foundation that can serve as a starting point for further 3 development and implementation.
