Catalys is an AI billing platform for German doctors and dentists. A medical report goes in, AI proposes the private-billing codes (GOÄ / GOZ), the physician reviews, and the invoice goes out and gets paid. We build it in close partnership with SumUp, one of Europe's largest fintechs.
About the role
You find out who our best customers are. You analyse the market of medical and dental practices and medical care centres (MVZ) in Germany and build the target lists our sales team works with.
Your tasks
- Define and sharpen our ideal customer profile (ICP)
- Segment practices by specialty, size, region and private-billing volume
- Build targeted lead lists for sales and outbound campaigns
- Research competitors, pricing and market trends
- Interview customers and feed insights back to sales and product
