The keyboard has been used for about a year. The right side starting from the DELETE key down to the LEFT ARROW key are ineffective. I believe it is an issue with the PCB because putting in new switches did not fix the issue. Other keys that do not work are the U, D, and F key due to the switches’ metal contacts being bent, for that putting in new switches fixed the issue (not provided). The included USB-C wire that originally came in the box is faulty as well.
Everything else works perfectly fine including all the RGB settings/features, and bluetooth options — keyboard includes USB Bluetooth if your PC/device has no built in bluetooth.
The company itself did not respond to me at all when asking about refunds or exchanging for a fixed keyboard. My loss is your gain! Especially if you having extra switches lying around :)
