The M24M02 is a 2-Mbit I2C-compatible EEPROM, organized as 256 K × 8 bits. The M24M02-DR and M24M02-R function with a supply voltage ranging from 1.8 V to 5.5 V, across a temperature range of –40 °C to +85 °C. The M24M02-DR includes an extra page, the identification page (256 byte), which can securely store application parameters, later lockable in read-only mode.
