This is a wool coat that looks like the material of Ugg boots, the difference is instead of the one piece of wool and leather, this coat sow the wool to a sheet (see pic 5) and attached the sheet to a wind proof fabric.
This coat is very warm, I’m fine with it in northeast cold weathers.
The pearl decorations can be cut off, they were sowed on.
