Rare error coin 2013 quarter Cladding error stoneworker missing hat

This coin has sever error one being the cladding. The second on the obverse the president temporal lobe has a deep and more pronounced presentation then all other coins, the stone worker is missing a hat and there is uneven dye distribution throughout the trim of the coin. The man on the scaffold doesn't appear to be there and if he is I just can't see him.An example if what the coin is supposed to look like can be found in the last image. It is so odd to me how such a newer coin can appear to look so old as if it was carved in cement. Thanks for looking take a look at my page, to see what other goodies I have to offer.
