This is a ps4 mega mod controller from 2020-21. The website has the mods posted. If you send me a message I can send you the link. I played call of duty most of the time. The right side logos are worn out. I believe I stopped using it after the left thumb stick is somewhat worn. (Upgraded to ps5) I do not believe the left thumb stick is unusable but I remember having to press with a little effect rather full force. (I’m pretty picky) I purchased this controller new at over $200.
