The adjustable Control Master® heat control maintains cooking temperatures automatically. Deep fry up to ten cups for jumbo batches of chicken, fish, fries, and donuts. The XL size is especially handy for steaming seafood, or blanching vegetables for canning and freezing. Hook the basket onto the rim of the multi-cooker for easy draining.
