The Petyard Two-Panel Gray Small Door Extension allows you to increase the Petyard from a 6-panel to an 8-panel play yard. Sold separately from the Petyard (model number 8668 and 8669), the additional two panels in light gray increase the size of the Petyard from 18.5 square feet to 34.4 square feet, that’s almost 7 feet across! It is 65 1/2 inches in length and 26 inches tall.

| Directions | Installation and Operation: Step 1: If your Petyard is already connected together, follow these steps to disconnect your Petyard. Select one of the joints where the panel pushes down (panel 1) [See Figure 1 from included instructions]. Gently press down on panel 1 while lifting slightly on (panel 2). This will enable you to slide pin “C” free of cylinder D [See Figure 2 from included instructions]. Lift up on panel 1 until opening “A” is free of pin “B” [See Figure 3 from included instructions]. Step 2: Carefully unfold the Petyard to the proper set-up configuration as shown. Step 3: Begin connecting your extension to your enclosure by lifting up on panel 1 and setting the opening “A” over Pin “B” located on panel 2 [See figure 4 from included instructions]. Step 4: Now locate the slot on the lower end of cylinder “D”. This slot tapers to an opening that accommodates pin “C” [See figure 5 from included instructions]. Gently press down on panel 1 while aligning pin “C” with the end of the slot in cylinder “D” while maintaining downward pressure on panel 1, lift slightly on panel 2, and slide pin “C” through the slot and into the opening. Step 5: Connect the other side of the extension by following steps 3 & 4. Pet Door Operation: Your enclosure comes from the factory with the pet door in the “LOCKED” POSITION See figure 6. TO UNLOCK - Squeeze and twist the front center knob located below the pet door. As you twist, the knob will line up with the arrows on the right or left sides of the knob. The pet door will move freely in both directions for your pet to pass through. TO LOCK - Squeeze and twist the front center knob located below the pet door. As you twist, the knob will be in the upright position, keeping the door securely locked. |
