Well protected and fully functional. Only problem is that the buttery runs out fast, and the charging connection is loose. BE AWARE: You need to play with the wire, put it in the right position, or unplug and plug a few times in order to be charged!!! NO CHARGER !!! The original charger broke not long after being used. Any usb c laptop or tablet charger will work.
To make sure it's charging should be looking like the last picture, shows exactly times until full charged. Sometimes it doesn't show exactly times but ''plugged in", as long as the number goes up, so it's charging as well.
I only used it to watch TV shows, and I always keep it plugged in and keep it 100% charged. In awesome condition but for the charging part.
You will get the surface 3 with the white case on and another brand new black case as shown. NO charger No charger No charger. No returns. Thanks for checking out.
