Harder to find and retired Ghost Containment Building from Lemax Spooky Town. Comes in original packaging. Overall the piece is in great shape. Sounds and lights work great. There is a tiny scuff on the sign (picture 11) but not noticeable. The main issue is the soft bottom is missing (see last photo). Shouldn’t affect the display of the piece. Could always cut some foam or something to replace it on the bottom.
