KRUUSE Manuka Honey Non-Adherent Dressings are for wounds with little exudate or in combination with KRUUSE Manuka Gel.
They are composed of Honey impregnated into acetate gauze.
The dressing promotes a moist wound environment conducive to healing.
KRUUSE Manuka Honey Dressings are primary wound dressings impregnated with 100% Leptospermum scoparium honey from New Zealand.
The dressings are highly osmotic and acidic at 3.6pH to encourage a moist environment with anti-bacterial properties for primed nourishment.
