This is one of the Body Bound Beads collection by an artist of Tangled Sisters Arts. This particular piece is adaptable as these photos show and was crafted as part of a fetish show in L.A It also can be used as a collar/ leash all in one.
The beads are glass, antique cut crystal and pearl. These are strun on Tiger Tail (a plastic coatwire) which enables them to last nearly forever.
