In good condition for it’s age. With some typical signs of use at the edges and corners including color breaks where the cover opens, and slight dents to the corners, as well as 1 notable dirt mark on the rear cover near the bottom of the text, some staining inside the front and rear cover and the edge of pages, on pages 97-100 there are a few brown spots on each page, and page 99 has a quarter inch tear at the edge of the page. No other internal markings or damage were found. Please see photos for condition.
