The left and right flex circuit board can be cut into 2 parts to avoid the interference in case there’re electronic components in the way

The tiny mechanical structure was born without precision. ALPS reported tolerance of 20% on their RKJXV series. 2. Wear to the wiper and trimmer pot shortens the given lifespan 2M cycles. 3. Spring fatigue and material stretching made it not centered. 4. Not aligned soldering atop PCB. 5. Dust, moisture and drop make it worse
• [Kindly Reminder] – 1. Not all joysticks are compatible with, check the compatibility list before buying. 2. You have to teardown the controller and basic soldering skills and tools needed. 3. The special slotted screwdriver is for adjusting the resistance. 4. Plastic pry tool and cross-headed screwdriver are for most controllers, while special tools maybe needed for your specific controller (Not included!). 5.
