This is a DAKS SIMPSON (LONDON) multi-function pen with a pendulum and rotating mechanism. It has four functions: red, black, blue, and 0.5mm mechanical pencil. Refills can be purchased commercially. I will include one of each color as a precaution. I believe this pen was manufactured in the 1960s or 70s. It has a beautiful color, like a verdigris patina on a bronze surface. The ball clip, which is relatively rare nowadays, is also a nice feature. I am open to price negotiations, so please consider this item.
