This is a limited edition Little Mermaid Ariel headband from Shanghai Disneyland.
The sequins are designed to look like scales, and the fork handle is on the side, making it a very cute design.
This is a limited edition item not sold in Japan, so the chances of running into someone else with the same item are very low.
I had a friend who went there buy it for me, so it is definitely authentic. I have removed the purchase tag, but I have included photos of all the tags attached to the main item. I think you can confirm that it is genuine.
I have only used it once in the park.
I'm still on the fence about selling it, so this is only listed today.
